There were two, possibly three,
synagogues in Radzilow at the start of World War II.
Below is the former site of one of them, the Old Synagogue. The Germans burned down all the
town's synagogues,
and all that remains of this one is is a foundation stone under one of the stone
barns,
now used to house animals.
To date, no photo of the
synagogues as they existed has been uncovered,
but it may well happen yet, as it did with the photo of the
Radzilow cemetery. |
